All students are expected to have everything on the required supply list by Monday, September 15, but an "incentive" will be given to those students who have everything by Monday, September 8.
In addition to the supplies, students are required to return the emergency card and all other beginning of the year forms. The completed emergency card should be given to the teacher as soon as possible. The other forms should be filled out and returned to school by Friday, September 12. Beginning Monday, September 15, students will recieve a consequence if all the forms have not been returned.
